You will receive up to 20% commission on all eligible bulk SMS and voice messaging bundle packages, covering both initial purchases and ongoing repeat top-ups that your cutomer makes ONLY within the first two months. Please note that applicable taxes, gateway fees, and custom add-ons are excluded from commission calculations.

Unlike traditional hosting programmes that stop at the first purchase, the Royawrites SMS Affiliate Programme rewards you for long-term engagement. You earn a generous 20% commission not only on the initial purchase of a new referred user, but also continuously across any number of repeat bulk SMS and voice messaging top-ups they make within their tracking cycle (i.e., two months). While users’ upgrades or account modifications on future non-SMS infrastructure may vary, your core messaging referrals generate ongoing passive income every time the referred users refill their balances ONLY within the first two months of recommending them to us.

Commissions are paid strictly for core service packages (such as our bulk SMS and voice messaging bundles). We do not pay out affiliate commissions for ancillary services such as custom application development, domain registrations, SSL certificates, or specialised security protection add-ons. While our standard baseline is a generous 20% recurring commission on repeat top-ups, top-performing partners and high-volume enterprise referrers can unlock customised tier bumps up to 50%–70% or negotiate lucrative fixed acquisition bounties ranging from GHS100 to GHS300 per high-volume corporate conversion by contacting our partnership desk.

Minimum payout thresholds vary depending on your selected withdrawal channel to accommodate local and international transfer fees. For local mobile money wallets in Ghana, including MTN MoMo, AT Cash, and Telecel Cash, the minimum payout threshold is set at a convenient GHS 20. For international electronic and traditional channels, the minimum threshold is GHS 250 for PayPal and Payoneer, and GHS 100 for direct Bank Transfers and Crypto payouts. Please note that all disbursed payout amounts are subject to applicable carrier transaction charges, mobile money merchant fees, and government taxes.

► Two-Week Clearance Period: Only commissions older than two weeks are cleared for payout. This mandatory window serves as a vital financial safeguard against payment chargebacks, client disputes, or reversed SMS credit top-ups, ensuring that all distributed payouts represent verified, stable revenue.
► Transparent Risk Management: While traditional high-volume platforms often use, for instance, 50% rolling reserves to hedge against transaction reversals, our incremental bulk SMS and voice messaging top-up model relies instead on this clean 30-day clearance window. This eliminates dashboard friction, prevents partner demotivation, and ensures you get rapid, unhindered access to your hard-earned local and global earnings.
► Request Window: To claim your payout, submit a formal request between the 1st and 14th or 20th and 24th of each month by emailing partners@royawrites.co with your Affiliate ID and Email, or simply click the Withdraw button directly inside your Client Affiliate Portal.
► Payout Release: Commission payments are made twice every month (5 to 6 days following the request window close), specifically,from the 15th-19th and the 25th-30th each month.
